Opening Langtons just before Covid-19 hit has not been easy to say the least but I like a challenge and am grateful to be able to pursue my passion for good home cooking and baking. Although I trained in Catering and Hotel Management in my teenage years the majority of my cooking experience has been gained from my domestic kitchen. I love collecting old recipe and household management books in order to find inspiration for new yet classic dishes and have so many of them now, I am struggling to make room for them all!
